Cascade Title’s DRS program

Cascade Title Company is proud to announce its Document Retrieval System (DRS). The Cascade Title DRS provides our customers with a comprehensive e-mail including transaction details, title and escrow information and includes an electronic delivery of your title transaction reports.

Once a DRS report is generated by the Cascade Title staff, you will receive your preliminary title report and map, and all requested exceptions from the report in one e-mail! No attachments, no data/volume restrictions – just one e-mail with access to everything you need for your title transaction!
