Exchange Services – Staff

In 2001 Sarah Bradway Johnson started working in escrow settlement for Cascade Escrow. In 2003 she began her employment with Cascade’s affiliated 1031 exchange company, Cascade Exchange Services, Inc.  Sarah has been the exchange coordinator/manager of Cascade Exchange Services, Inc. since 2005. In October of 2007, she received the designation of Certified Exchange Specialist®, and is currently one of less than 250 persons to hold this national title. On top of being a “Momma”, Sarah enjoys gardening, camping, hiking and nature photography. She is a donor and coordinator for the Lane Memorial Blood Bank and a volunteer with Food for Lane County. In addition, Sarah serves on the board of directors for the Commercial Investment Division (CID) of Lane County, and the Valley Chapter of the Oregon Escrow Council (OEC).       

 Meghan graduated from the University of San Francisco with a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting degree in May, 2006. She has over 5 years of experience working in public accounting, and obtained her CPA license in February, 2010. She enjoys traveling, hiking, volunteering, and cheering on the Duck football team. In addition to being active with the Junior League of Eugene, Meghan is a member of the Oregon Society of CPAs, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and serves on the board of directors for the Eugene Active 20-30 Club.
