Sarah Vail has 30 years of experience in the escrow industry, including Southern California where she owned an independent escrow company. She has been with Cascade Escrow for the past 15 years and works closely with many of our valued builders and developers. In her career she has been active with Home Builders Association and Rotary. Besides her profession, Sarah is passionate about Arabian horses, including breeding and showing them. She is a member of the Arabian Horse Assn., USA Equestrian Assn., the US Dressage Federation as well as the Oregon Dressage Society.
