Melissa has spent her entire nine years in the escrow industry, with the Cascade family. Starting at the bottom, she worked numerous entry-level positions on her way to attaining Escrow officer. In addition to being a Bingo Caller in her past, she is also an active Board member of Eugene Executives Association. She's a regular blood donor at Lane Memorial Blood Bank, and besides reading and music, she's an avid outdoor enthusiast of all type activities, plus spends time with family and friends. “I'm very proud of the fact that I have spent my whole professional title and escrow career at Cascade – trained from the ground up with ‘on the job' training!”
